Build me a tool that makes coding AIs like Claude or Cursor way more reliable. I want to do "vibe coding"—where I just describe my idea in plain English—but I find that the AI often gets confused on bigger projects and the code quality drops over time. This tool will fix that.

It should act as a smart "manager" or context layer for the AI. I'll give it my project idea, and it should create a solid plan and then guide the AI through building the project, making sure it doesn't forget the original requirements.
