Build me a web app called ClauseWise that helps people understand legal contracts without needing to read all the confusing legal wording.

Users should be able to upload a PDF contract, then the app should quickly check that it actually looks like a contract, extract the text, and show a simple summary in plain English. It should also point out risky or unfair clauses, explain important terms, and give an overall sense of how safe or concerning the document seems. I want an AI chat area where someone can ask questions about the uploaded contract and get answers based only on that file. If the document is not a contract, show a polite message instead of pretending to analyze it.

Make it feel clean and easy to use, with a modern dashboard style and clear results people can understand at a glance. Add a way to download the analysis as a PDF report. Use the existing React and Node setup, and look up current docs online if you need to.
