Build me a clean native Mac menu bar app that keeps a Mac awake only when I want it to. I want simple controls for staying awake forever, for a set amount of time, or until a specific clock time, plus separate control for system sleep and display sleep. It should also support smart rules like staying awake only while charging, when certain apps are running, during a time window, when audio or a meeting is active, or when an AI coding tool is actually working.

I want it to feel quiet and polished, with no Dock icon, just a menu bar icon, live status, countdowns, quick stop options, and easy presets. Closed display mode would be great, along with an option to let the screen dim instead of staying fully lit.
