Build me a small TypeScript CLI tool called Peck that helps run AI coding work in a very minimal way.
I want it to set up a project with two agents, a planner and an implementer, and keep the workflow simple, focused on one feature at a time. The planner should turn a request into a short story file and update a living product note that reflects what the project currently is. The implementer should take that story, make the changes, and only finish when both an acceptance review and a code review pass. It should also save each agent step into git so I can replay what happened from the git log.
Keep the whole thing lightweight and opinionated, with no extra dashboard, no big config system, and no unnecessary layers. Make sure it works from the command line, includes the basic tests, and feels ready to publish as a real npm package. If you need to check current docs for any tooling, go ahead and look them up online.
