Build me an installable Claude Code skill that helps Claude make frontend interfaces look premium instead of generic.

I want one clean package that combines the best parts of a few strong design taste guides, with a simple core file and a few focused reference notes for motion, interaction states, anti slop rules, design system choices, and a pre flight review. It should push for better typography, color, spacing, motion, component states, and accessibility, and it should include a critique pass so the first draft gets checked before it is considered done.

Make the README clear about what it does, how to install it, and how to use it on requests like polishing a landing page, building a pricing page, or fixing a dashboard that feels too AI made. Keep the tone sharp and practical, and make sure the final result is something I can drop into Claude Code or a similar tool and use right away.
