Build me a web app called API Monitor where users can sign in, add HTTP or HTTPS endpoints they want to watch, and see if those APIs are healthy over time.

I want a simple dashboard that shows each monitor, its current status, response time, recent checks, failures, incidents, uptime, and a history view with daily stats. Users should be able to create, edit, disable, and delete monitors, and each monitor should let them choose the URL and how often it gets checked. If an endpoint fails once, don’t mark it as fully down right away, but if it fails again, show it as down and open an incident, then mark it recovered when it works again.

Please include a way to generate a PDF report for a monitor too. Use a React frontend, a TypeScript backend on Cloudflare Workers, and Supabase for auth and data storage. If you need current docs for any service, look them up online.
