Build me a Home Assistant custom integration called Claw Assistant. I want it to make HA conversations much smarter than the normal one action limit, so when I ask for something like movie mode it can check device states, call several services, adjust lights, media, curtains, and then confirm it worked.

It should sit on top of existing AI conversation agents and support a primary agent plus fallback agents if the first one fails or times out. Add memory so it can remember what models work well and keep useful conversation context. I also want built in tools for controlling devices, creating and editing automations and scripts, managing helpers, reading history, searching the web, checking cameras or media, and doing scheduled reminders or checks.

Please include a simple Home Assistant configuration UI with editors for persona files, memory, tools, agents, skills, and heartbeat tasks. It should be installable as a HACS custom integration and safe to remove. Look up current Home Assistant integration docs if needed.
