I want a Windows only Steam companion tool that can sit in the Steam folder and load simple Lua scripts for game specific tweaks without restarting Steam. It should watch a Lua folder and instantly reload changes, let me set per game manifest IDs, optional access tokens, stats and achievement sources, and a small config file with sensible defaults that can also reload live.
Please include a straightforward build script, the main DLLs, and a sample config plus example Lua scripts so I can copy everything into place and try it quickly. If possible, add an optional tool that can read local Steam ticket data for games I already own and save it in a format the Lua scripts can use. It should also support optional per game library injection settings for 32 bit and 64 bit games.
Keep it open source, clean, and practical, with logs that help me see what loaded and what failed. If you need details, check current Steam and Windows docs online.
