Build me a Claude Code skill that can run a full market research workflow for crypto, stocks, forex, and commodities. I want five AI agents total, four doing sector research in parallel and one pulling it all together into a simple strategy view. It should ask me for my risk profile first, then adapt the rankings, suggested allocation, and explanations for conservative, moderate, or aggressive users.

The result should open as a local interactive dashboard in the browser, with English and Spanish support, charts, top picks, asset tables, and a clear summary of what to consider, hold, or avoid. Keep it educational only, with a one time acknowledgment that this is not financial advice. Use free market data sources by default so it works without API keys, but allow optional premium keys if available. If the full dashboard cannot run, fall back to a safe standalone HTML report. Please make it accessible, secure, and able to save local history for recurring daily or weekly reports. Look up current docs online if you need to.
