Build this project into a simple web app that answers questions about driving license renewal in Nepal using only official documents.

I want users to type a question in Nepali or English and get a clear answer, but only if the app can back it up with a real source. For every supported answer, show the document name and page number beside it. If the evidence is weak or missing, show a not found message instead of guessing. Make the interface friendly and easy to use, with a clean page for asking questions and seeing citations.

It should work with the current document processing flow, and if there is no real retrieval or answer data yet, keep the safe fallback behavior. Please make sure it handles Nepali text properly, keeps the response honest, and does not treat placeholder settings as real credentials.
