Build me a simple MVP of Food Feed, a food discovery app for DHA, Lahore.

I want a scrollable feed of real restaurants and food items, where users can tap, like, skip, or spend time looking at something, and the next feed updates based on those actions. It should feel like the app is learning what I’m craving without asking me to fill out a bunch of filters first.

Please make the frontend, backend, and basic recommendation flow work together. Start with real restaurant data, a clean feed UI, and a restaurant detail view. Log user interactions, use that feedback to improve what gets shown next, and keep the first version focused on fast food in DHA, Lahore. If you need to look up current docs online while building, go for it.

Keep it MVP sized, so no ordering, payments, social features, or extra city support yet. I mainly want a working loop that proves the feed changes in a noticeable way after a few interactions.
