Build me a personal AI assistant called Hawky that runs as one always on gateway process and connects to a terminal app, a web app, and a mobile friendly PWA.

I want it to feel like a real chat based assistant with streaming replies, support for tools like editing files, running shell commands, web search, memory, and scheduled background tasks.
