Build me a polished Streamlit app for Indian stock market screening and trade ideas called NiftyEdge.

I want it to show live market data for Nifty 50, Bank Nifty, Sensex, India VIX, plus top gainers and losers, and a clear market open or closed status in IST. It should have separate pages for market overview, news and sentiment, fundamental screening, technical screening, swing trade ideas, intraday ideas, signal history, and a tip analyzer.

The app should scan Nifty 50 and Nifty 200 stocks, generate swing and intraday signals with entry, stop loss, and two targets, and keep a trade journal that tracks outcomes and simple portfolio style performance. It should also analyze recent news headlines with AI sentiment and turn that into a simple bullish or bearish summary. If AI keys are not available, use a basic fallback so the app still works.

Please make it look modern and dark themed, with charts, cards, and auto refreshing live sections. Add Telegram alert support and a simple scheduler if needed. If you need current docs for Streamlit or APIs, look them up online.
