I want to build a tool that automatically creates short videos for social media like TikTok or YouTube Shorts. It should be a Python app with a simple web UI.

Here's the idea: I just give it a topic or a keyword, like "the benefits of reading," and the app uses AI to do everything else. It needs to generate a script, find relevant (and free) stock video clips, create a voiceover from the script using text-to-speech, burn in subtitles, and add some background music.

The tool should support both vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) HD video formats. It would be great to have options in the UI to customize things like the voice, the subtitle style, and the music volume. For the AI part, it should be able to plug into different services like OpenAI or Gemini to generate the video scripts. The goal is to make video creation almost fully automated.
