Build me a simple Windows app for CapCut that automates the annoying export workaround in one click. I want a small dark themed GUI with two main buttons, one to install the needed CapCut shortcut settings and one to run the process. The install button should save and close CapCut, patch the local shortcut config files with backups, then reopen CapCut so the shortcuts load.

When I click the main button, it should focus CapCut, save the project, select everything, combine the timeline into one clip, run the pre process shortcut, find the newest normal mp4 in the CapCut drafts folder, open replace clip, paste that file path into the file picker, confirm it, save again, then show a clear status like Done, export in CapCut. Please avoid annoying popups, use a small status area and a chime when finished. Make it runnable from Python and also buildable as a standalone Windows exe with an icon.
