Build me a CLI tool for working with Excel VBA projects from the terminal, so I can pull code out of .xlsm, .xlam, and .xlsb files, edit it in normal files, then push it back into Excel when I am done. I want it to be friendly for AI coding agents too, so commands should be stable and easy to script, with clear logs and JSON output where it helps.

It should be able to export and import VBA modules, lint the code for common mistakes, format it safely, run test procedures, and execute macros with arguments. I also want a way to compare workbook changes, including sheets, formulas, and VBA source, so I can see what changed before I commit anything.

If it makes sense, include support for building simple UserForms from a config file and make it work well on Windows. Look up current Excel and VBA docs online if you need to.
