Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a small Python library for terminal text styling, something lightweight and easy to drop into any script.

I want a clean API that can color text, add styles like bold, underline, dim, italic, reverse, and strikethrough, and also support background colors. It should handle normal named colors, RGB colors, and 256 color codes, with graceful fallback when the terminal does not support full color. Please make it respect NO_COLOR and FORCE_COLOR, and avoid adding ANSI codes when output is being redirected.

I also want helpers for reusable styles, simple theme based styling for things like success, warning, error, and info, plus utility functions to strip ANSI codes and measure visible text width. It should work on modern Windows too. Keep it zero dependency, well typed, and easy to use from a plain print call. If you need to, look up current docs online for any terminal behavior details.
