Build me a Chrome extension that can turn any website into a Google Stitch compatible DESIGN.md file using AI vision.

I want to open a site, click the extension, add my own API key from Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or Ollama, then extract the page’s design system and generate a polished markdown file I can copy or download. It should understand the visual style of the site, not just scrape CSS, so it can describe colors, typography, spacing, layout, imagery, components, brand voice, and do’s and don’ts in a way that feels useful for another coding agent.

Please include both a full page capture mode and a current view mode, plus a simple model picker, saved settings, and a history view so I can reopen recent results. Keep it fully local with no backend, and make the UI clean and easy to use from the browser popup. If you need to look up the latest docs for any AI provider or the DESIGN.md format, go ahead and do that.
