Build me a Home Assistant community add on repository that feels like the official extra apps source people can plug into Home Assistant with a repository URL. I want it to include a bunch of ready to use add ons for smart home and self hosted tools, like ad blocking, SSH terminal access, automation dashboards, media helpers, monitoring, VPN and networking, databases, and utilities, with separate app folders and the repository metadata Home Assistant expects.

Also make a clean README and docs site that lists each add on, what it does, the latest version, supported device architectures, and links to its documentation.
