Build me a small Rust command line tool that can send a lot of HTTP requests to a URL and show a live terminal dashboard while it runs.

I want it to feel like a simple load testing app, where I can point it at one target or a file of URLs, choose how many requests and connections to use, set a duration or a rate limit, and see the results update in real time. It should support common things like custom method, headers, body, timeout, redirects, keep alive, proxy, and basic auth. If it’s not too hard, include support for HTTP 2 and HTTP 3, and let me turn the live UI off when I only want plain output.

Make it polished and easy to use from the terminal, with good defaults, clear help text, and sensible error messages. Look up current docs online if you need to.
