Build me a desktop app called Toonflow for making short animated dramas with AI. The app should feel like an AI studio for creators, with separate helpers for writing, planning, reviewing, and producing scenes. It should remember project details across sessions so characters and story choices stay consistent. Add a settings area where I can connect different text, image, and video model providers, and make it possible to edit the prompts or skills the AI uses.
