Build me a small Windows tool for Discord that lets me force the app to use a proxy for its normal network traffic, using either HTTP or SOCKS5, without changing the whole system. It should work locally on Discord only, and it should also do the light UDP tweak for voice chat so calls can work in places where voice is blocked.

I want an easy installer app where I can enter the proxy details and click install or uninstall, plus a manual setup option that uses a simple ini file next to Discord. If no proxy is set, it should still use the voice chat bypass mode. Please make it work with the main Discord app, and also Canary and PTB if possible.
