Build me a simple desktop app for re encoding video files.

I want to be able to drag a video into the window, see its basic info like resolution, codec, bitrate, duration, and then choose how to convert it. It should support common video formats, let me pick H.264 or H.265, and automatically use the best available hardware encoder if my computer has one, with a normal software fallback if it does not.

Please include controls for selecting audio tracks and subtitle tracks, with options to keep them as they are or convert them to common formats. Show a clear progress bar while it is working, with percent, time remaining, speed, and fps. After it finishes, save the new file in the same folder with a clear encoded filename, and show the size difference from the original.

Also add a way to set custom ffmpeg and ffprobe paths in case they are not in my system path. If you need to, look up current docs online for any details.
