Build me a simple web app for my church youth group to manage the Friday snack schedule.

I want it to show the current week clearly, with who is bringing food, who is bringing drinks, and who is off that week. It should make fair schedules automatically so the same people do not keep getting the same role, and it should take past weeks into account so the rotation stays balanced over time. Let each person pick their own name once, then show their role in a highlighted way whenever they look at the schedule.

I also want a search box so I can quickly find any member, even if I type their name without accents. Add a button to copy the schedule in a format that is easy to paste into WhatsApp. If possible, make it work offline too and let me save the schedule data so it does not disappear when I refresh. Include a simple admin area with a password so I can regenerate the schedule when the team list or date range changes.
