Build me a complete food delivery app in Flutter with separate apps for users, sellers, riders, and a super admin web portal.

I want customers to be able to sign up, browse restaurants and menus, add food to a cart, save their address or live location, place an order, and track the order status with a simple history page. Sellers should be able to register, manage their profile, add and delete menus and items, accept orders, and see their earnings and past orders. Riders should be able to register, view new orders, accept deliveries, see what is not yet delivered, track delivery status, and view their earnings and history. The admin portal should let me sign in and block or unblock user, seller, and rider accounts.

Use Firebase for login and data storage, and make it work on mobile plus web. If you need to check current Flutter or Firebase setup details online, feel free to do that. Keep the UI clean and easy to use.
