Build me a Codex skill that helps Chinese content creators turn an article into a small set of memorable hand drawn inline illustrations.

The user should be able to paste a Chinese article or a single concept, then the skill should first understand the key ideas, pick a few moments worth illustrating, and create a shot list with where each image goes, what it means, what kind of structure it shows, what the little black character is doing, and what short Chinese labels should appear.

The visual style should be very specific, 16:9 horizontal, pure white background, black shaky hand drawn lines, lots of whitespace, a strange little solid black character with white dot eyes and thin legs, plus only a few red, orange, or blue handwritten Chinese notes. Each image should explain one idea through a weird but clear physical metaphor, not look like a PPT diagram or cute mascot sticker.

Also support generating the final PNGs into an assets folder and doing a simple quality check for style drift, bad Chinese text, extra titles, or the character being too decorative.
