Build me a Streamlit app that predicts Bundesliga match results and likely scorelines.

I want users to be able to pick any of the 18 Bundesliga teams, then see the team’s latest form pulled from live match data, with simple sliders to adjust the inputs if they want. The app should show the predicted home and away goal values, the chances of home win, draw, and away win, and a small scoreline table with the most likely exact scores from 0 to 0 up to 4 to 4.

It should include the full data flow too, so the app can fetch match results, build rolling form features from recent games, train the prediction models, save them, and then use those saved models for the live predictions. Keep the UI clean and easy to understand, with the main results front and center.
