Build me a Rust based terminal app for managing coding agents like a little always running workspace. I want it to keep sessions alive in the background, so if I close the terminal, lose connection, or restart my machine, I can come back later and reattach to the same work. It should feel a lot like tmux, with splits, panes, keyboard shortcuts, and mouse support, but focused on agent work instead of general terminal use.
Each pane should clearly show whether an agent is working, idle, or blocked, and it should be easy to jump back into the exact place where something needs my attention. It should work with existing tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and similar agents without replacing them, just managing their terminals. If it makes sense, include a simple CLI and socket API so agents can control it and talk to each other. Add support for plugins too. Look up current docs online if you need to.
