Build me a polished React UI library called HeroUI, basically a modern successor to NextUI. I want it to feel production ready, fast, and easy to use in real apps like dashboards, SaaS products, storefronts, and marketing pages. The components should look clean out of the box and be accessible by default, with solid keyboard support, focus states, and screen reader behavior.

Please make it work nicely with React 19 and Next.js, use Tailwind style driven theming instead of a heavy runtime styling approach, and keep the API simple and composable with patterns like card header and content, select items, modals, buttons, forms, tables, overlays, and notifications. It should not need a provider wrapper just to get started.

I also want this to feel friendly for AI assisted coding, with good docs, examples, and component metadata so tools can understand how to use the library. A docs site and Storybook style component browser would be great. Look up current docs online if you need to.
