Build me a personal second brain system where I can drop in raw notes, PDFs, web clippings, meeting notes, and quick thoughts, then have them turned into a clean structured wiki automatically.

I want it to work inside Claude Code with slash commands for ingesting, curating, querying, expressing, and exporting to OKF, so I can keep one folder as the source of truth and use it like a living knowledge base. Please make it Obsidian friendly too, with wiki links, graph style connections, and a way to see which pages are getting used more so the important ones get distilled more over time.

The main goal is simple, save raw knowledge, keep it organized, and help me turn it back into blog posts, summaries, or reports when I need to write something. If you need current docs or best practices for any tool, look them up online first.
