Build me a lightweight CLI tool for Claude Code that watches my coding session and nudges me at the right moments so I don’t skip the important stuff while moving fast.

I want it to capture my prompts locally, figure out what stage I’m in, and when it notices a shift, show a small decision popup after the agent finishes responding. That popup should give me a short friendly label, a question, and a few ready to send prompt options. I should be able to press one key to send an option, copy one to edit first, or skip it and come back later. It should also notice when I’ve been coding for a while without mentioning things like tests or checks, and suggest a quick reminder.

Make it feel polished, simple to install and uninstall, and keep everything stored locally except for the small AI calls needed for the advisory moments. If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead.
