Build me a simple desktop sticky notes app called NoTeThing. I want it to feel modern and lightweight, not like an old notes program. Users should be able to create small notes, type freely, move and resize them, keep them always on top, and have everything auto save so they don’t lose text when they close the app.

Please include light and dark mode, several nice color themes, optional transparency, and a glass blur style where the operating system supports it. The notes should look clean with no bulky window frame, but still be easy to drag around. Add a small note manager window where users can see all their notes, open them, and organize them. It should support pretty handwriting style fonts and Vietnamese text properly.

Make it cross platform for Windows and Linux, preferably as a Java desktop app. Use current docs online if you need to. Make sure it can run from source and also be packaged as a portable app.
