Build me an open source event ticketing and event management app for organizers who want to sell tickets without being locked into Eventbrite style platforms.

I want organizers to create events, sell free, paid, donation, and tiered tickets, add promo codes, hidden tickets, merch or upgrades, taxes, fees, and capacity limits. The public event page should look polished and be customizable, with checkout, branded organizer pages, embeddable ticket widgets, SEO settings, and PDF tickets.

Admins should be able to manage attendees, ask custom checkout questions, search and export attendee lists, send messages by ticket type, handle full or partial refunds, and check people in with QR codes. Include a sales dashboard, reporting, affiliate tracking, webhooks, user roles, Stripe Connect payouts, offline payments, invoices, multiple languages, and a REST API.

Make it self hosted with a simple Docker setup, plus a clear first run flow where I can create my account and start selling tickets. Look up current docs online if you need to.
