Build me a Python tool that can automate creating Qoder accounts from start to finish.

I want it to open a browser, use a temporary email inbox, fill out the sign up form, handle the captcha, wait for the verification email, read the one time password, and then save the account details and personal access token when it succeeds. It should be able to run one account or a batch of them from the command line, and it should keep appending results to a JSONL file so nothing gets overwritten.

Please include a simple interactive menu too, plus a config file for things like temp mail URL, headless mode, delays, and proxies. If possible, make it work with rotating proxies and let me choose between no proxy, a file of proxies, or environment based proxies. Use Playwright with Chromium, and make the browser flow look as natural as possible. If you need current docs or library details, look them up online.
