Build me a small Python app called Yowes that can generate realistic teacher verification documents as PNG images. I want it to work as a headless MCP server that other agents can call over stdio, and it should let me list the available countries, list schools for a country, and generate documents for a teacher using their name, school, job title, date of birth, and gender.

It should support the 13 countries in the README, each with their own document types like teacher IDs, employment letters, licenses, payslips, and school letters. Use bundled assets so it works without needing system fonts, and make the output look consistent and polished, with profile photos and local school details pulled from the project data.

Please also keep the old GUI entry point working if it exists. Make it portable, easy to install, and runnable from the command line, and look up current MCP docs online if you need to.
