Build me a simple Flask web app that looks and feels like the site in this repo, but keep it for harmless demo content only, like fictional user submissions and a configurable Hall of Losers page.

I want a clean homepage, a way to browse posts, and a separate page for the Hall of Losers that reads from a JSON file in the data folder so it’s easy to edit without touching code. Use the existing templates and static assets style if they’re already there, and make the app run locally with a single command.

Please keep the design close to the original vibe, but make sure it’s safe and generic, with no real personal info or doxxing features. If anything is unclear, check the current Flask docs or the repo files and fill in the missing pieces in the simplest way that works.
