Build me a tool that lets me control DaVinci Resolve from my AI assistant using plain English.

I want to be able to ask things like add markers, import clips, move things on the timeline, change clip settings, apply color grades, manage Fusion comps, and start renders without clicking around in Resolve. It should work with the free version too, so please make it use a small bridge that runs inside Resolve and connects locally to an MCP server on my machine.

Also include the local AI features for transcription, voice isolation, and background removal, with everything running on my computer and no cloud keys needed. Make it easy to set up, with clear instructions for where to copy the Resolve script and how to point Cursor or Claude to the server.
