Build me a self hosted web app that lets me run and manage multiple Postgres databases from one machine.

I want a simple control panel where I can sign in, create a new project, and get a real Postgres connection string right away. Each project should have its own database, support superuser level access, and make it easy to turn on useful extensions like pgvector, PostGIS, and pg_cron. I also want a clean table browser where I can view data, filter and sort rows, edit inline, and run SQL with helpful autocomplete and query plans.

Please include backup and restore features too, especially point in time restore into a new project, plus the ability to branch a project from now or from a recent backup. It should support one pooled endpoint per project and work with Docker on a Linux server, with a straightforward local setup.
