Build me the vProfile web app so I can run it locally and see the full stack working end to end.

I want a simple Java web application with a login flow, user profile pages, and database backed account data. Use the existing MySQL dump to create the schema and seed data, and make sure the app works with the provided Java and Maven setup. It should run on Tomcat, use Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, JSP, and connect to MySQL, Memcached, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch in a way that feels realistic for a production style app.
