Build me a full stack university batch management app called SKOLA, with a clean mobile first student dashboard and a separate admin style backend facing site.

It should let students join a classroom, see their schedule, track assignments and assessments, share resources, vote on them, and take part in lounge style discussions and a quiz arena with a leaderboard. I also want announcements, moderation tools, notifications, and basic owner or admin controls. The login should be based on Telegram, and the app should feel like a real campus companion that works well on phones as a PWA.

Please include an AI classroom assistant that can answer using only the data from the current classroom, and make it BYOK only, so each user can add their own Gemini key in settings. If helpful, look up current docs online while building. Also add a maintenance mode that can replace the whole app with a nice responsive maintenance page when turned on.

Use TypeScript across the stack, keep the UI polished, and make sure the app is easy to run locally with a backend and frontend that talk to each other.
