Build me a native macOS app called AI Account Switcher that lets me manage multiple accounts for Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity IDE from one simple window.

I want to add accounts, rename them, remove them, and switch the active account for each tool. For Claude Code and Codex, each account should be kept separate locally, with its own terminal command, while the normal claude and codex commands follow whichever account I selected in the app. Existing chat sessions in a project should still be usable after switching accounts.

Show usage or quota status at a glance, including five hour and weekly limits for Claude and Codex, and per model quota for Antigravity if possible. Add an optional setting to switch automatically when the current account runs out.

For Antigravity, make switching feel safe by closing and reopening the IDE when needed, and support signing in a brand new account from a logged out state. Package it as a Mac app and create a dmg installer. Look up current docs online if you need to.
