Build me a tiny, fast web framework in TypeScript that feels really simple to use and works with the standard request and response APIs instead of anything heavy.

I want to be able to write code like app.get("/", ...) and return plain text, JSON, or HTML easily, with support for middleware and basic routing. It should be lightweight, clean, and have great TypeScript support. Please make it work across common JavaScript runtimes like Node, Bun, Deno, Cloudflare Workers, and AWS Lambda, so the same app code can run in different places.
