Build me a polished AI trends app with a clean Apple style feel. I want it to pull trending AI and machine learning projects from GitHub and Hugging Face, then generate short plain English summaries so I can quickly understand what each project does. It should work right away with a built in local summarizer so no API key is required, but also let me optionally add my own Groq, Cohere, or Claude key in Settings for better summaries. Keep it privacy first, with all preferences and keys stored only in the browser, never on the server.

Please include a simple Generate flow, smart caching so repeat summaries are fast, and a nice settings area for choosing the summary provider. I also want RSS and JSON feed endpoints so I can plug it into automation tools, plus health and ping endpoints for simple hosting. Make the backend stateless and keep deployment easy with a static frontend and a lightweight Python API. Look up current docs online if you need to.
