Build me a local workspace app called Tessera for people who run multiple AI coding agents at once. I want to open Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode sessions side by side, organize them by project and collection, and keep chats, tasks, terminals, and files in tabs and split panes that I can move around. It should work as both a browser app and a desktop app, and the first run should guide me through creating a local account, checking that the provider CLIs are installed and logged in, choosing a project folder, and starting either a chat or a worktree task.

I also want both list and Kanban views so I can move work from Todo to Doing to Review to Done, with each task tied to its own git worktree. Show branch status, diffs, commits, push state, pull request state, agent logs, tool activity, changed files, and session history in one place. The composer should let me continue conversations, choose models and permissions, add file references, attach images, and use voice input in the browser. Look up current docs online if you need to.
