It should let me manage companies and individual contacts, capture leads, move opportunities through custom sales stages, and see revenue forecasts. Add alerts for large deals, campaign tracking, activity history for calls, meetings, emails, and tasks, a shared calendar, and a timeline view for each customer.

I also want email templates, dashboards and reports, CSV and Excel import and export, role based access so different staff only see what they should, and live notifications when things change.
