Build me a Laravel package that helps me keep my AWS permissions as tight as possible.

I want two Artisan commands, one that reads my Laravel config and generates the smallest IAM policy needed for my app, especially for S3, and another that audits my AWS account for common security issues like missing MFA or overly open access. It should work cleanly with Laravel 12 and 13, and use the normal package install flow so I can require it with Composer and run it right away.

For the policy generator, please make it understand multiple S3 disks and bucket folders, and output a valid JSON policy I can save and attach in AWS. For the audit command, show a simple console report with severity, problem, and how to fix it. Keep the package easy to configure, with publishable config and sensible defaults.
