Build me a screenshot and annotation plugin for DankMaterialShell that feels fast and polished.

I want to be able to hit Print, grab a region, full screen, window, or scroll capture, then open a simple editor where I can draw on the image and save or copy it right away. The editor should support the usual markup tools like pen, lines, arrows, rectangles, circles, text, blur or pixelate, redaction, highlighting, spotlight, zoom callouts, and an eyedropper. It should also let me undo and redo, duplicate shapes, use keyboard shortcuts, and quickly switch colors and tools without digging through menus.

Please make it work as a DMS plugin with the bar icon, popout widget, and IPC commands so it can be triggered from keybinds too. If possible, include floating pin to desktop mode, OCR text scanning, QR scanning, and the export options mentioned in the docs. Look up current docs online if you need to.
