Build me a lightweight Telegram bot that lets me use my existing Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus account in Telegram through Pi, so I can have ongoing AI chats without paying API costs. I want conversations to persist locally between messages, with an easy way to start a fresh chat, switch or archive sessions, and keep old context compacted automatically.

The bot should feel practical for daily use. It should support normal chat, file attachments coming back from the AI, simple workspace navigation like checking the current folder, changing folders, going home, and running shell commands from Telegram. Please add basic safety and usability stuff too, like an optional allowlist for approved users, rate limiting so people cannot spam it, timeouts, and typing indicators while the AI is working.
