Build me a small desktop tool that helps translate Project Zomboid mods.

I want to be able to open a mod folder, scan the mod files, and see the text that needs translating in a simple table or editor. It should understand the common Project Zomboid mod formats, including the older and newer game versions, and let me click through classes or entries to edit translations easily. The app should also read the mod info file, keep track of the original text and the translated text, and save the results back out cleanly.

Please make the interface simple and practical, with a main window, a clear list of items to translate, and an easy way to review changes before saving.
