Build me a JavaScript library for making chat bots, something like a small framework that people can install and use to create their own bot friend.

It should support creating a new bot project from the command line, loading custom scripts, and working with different chat services through adapters. I also want a built in command system for slash style commands, with help text, command search, aliases for discovery, and argument validation. If a command can affect something outside the chat, ask for confirmation before running it. Add simple permission checks too, so some commands can be limited to certain rooms or certain user roles.
